Our project in Saranda “Bougainville bay” is very dynamic project in its typology, in the first row there are villas with 115 m2 surface, in the second row there are two three floor buildings with 2+1 apartments up to 85 m2, and the third row has two five floor buildings with 1+1 apartments and duplex apartments with internal stairs.
